Security Deposit

● A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals

● Deposit amount varies by vehicle class

● Deposits are held at the start of the rental and released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition

Payment

● All major credit/debit cards accepted

● Full payment is required before vehicle release

● Additional fees may apply for late returns, cleaning, tolls, or damages

Mileage & Fuel

● Rentals include a set mileage allowance

● Additional miles are billed at the rate listed in your contract

● Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup

Cancellations

● Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund

● Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours before pickup: Partial refund or credit

● No‑shows: Non‑refundable

Prohibited Uses

● Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle

● Off‑road driving

● Unauthorized drivers

● Racing, reckless driving, or illegal activity
